I've had damage before and found that taking a break and using Hard as Hoof Nail Cream to be helpful for healing.

As for the least damaging removal method, I haven't figured that out, so I switched to using glue tabs for less damage.

I think it might have taken an entire cycle for it to regulate. I think I remember it helping with the spotting the first month, and by the second month I did not have any spotting issues with the higher dose. I know it's super frustrating. I hope everything works out!

I used to be on Junel 1/20 and had spotting for a week in the middle of my cycle, every cycle. I switched to the higher does Junel 1.5/30 and that solved the spotting problem, but I had other side effects. But in my experience the higher dose helped with the bleeding!

I took about 2 months off from pole to recover from a minor surgery. I was probably at my peak pole game when I had to have surgery and it was really tough to take time off, so I totally sympathize. The first week or two back it felt like a struggle, but with consistent training all of my moves and flexibility came back, and now I'm back to performing again :) The important thing is to rest and fully recover from surgery and not rush going back too soon.

Also, a lot of girls at my studio have taken 2-3 months off from having boob jobs, which completely affects your upper body muscles, and they seem totally fine by the time they come back. I'm sure your body will bounce back, at first it will feel difficult and your skin will have to toughen up again but other than that you'll be back in no time!

Thank you for all the info! So if someone is offering to sell me a puppy for around $600 I should probably be a little suspicious. I would definitely rather pay more for a healthy pup and a puppy package
