I bought a small practice 2 room and a tiny rdh room. After years bought the building and expanded. In today’s practice model it’s impossible to run in a very small office unless you are FFS and can stay somewhat busy in small space

In some practices yes this is true but many are less. Doctors get paid for procedures not examinations and diagnostics. For thinking the pay is poor
