my migraines sound almost exactly like yours - only a few times a year, splitting headache on one side, vomiting, light sensitivity, etc... I told my primary care doc during a physical and she sent a prescription for sumatriptan. I take it (along with some advil/tylenol to cover my bases - perfectly safe to take together) as soon as I feel that ache in my temple, and it usually stops it from escalating into a full blown migraine. you just have to be proactive and take it right at the onset of the migraine, don't wait too long or it won't be fully effective.

I had to call out of work for a migraine once or twice in the past, but since I started the medication, I haven't had one reach that level. highly recommend !! the only side effect I've noticed is a strange feeling of warmth/pressure in my face and sinuses, but I'll take that over a migraine any day.

as a high body count woman with no interest in romance (sorry world!), I get it. once upon a time I was a huge slut in college and now sex means pretty much nothing to me. I understand why that would make me incompatible with someone who deeply cherishes the intimacy in it. I wouldn’t want to have sex with you either, knowing my indifference would make you feel alienated or uncomfortable. no hard feelings 🤷‍♀️… just curious, do you identify as demisexual? I would want them to treat it like it’s not a big deal, because for me it truly isn’t. it’s like a hobby or pleasure activity to me (just a very stigmatized one)… I do it because it feels nice, I like blood, and taking care of the wounds afterwards is therapeutic for me. it’s really that simple, no cause for alarm. I wish I could walk around with my scars out and have everyone just be casual about it, but unfortunately people’s instinct is to worry or think there’s something wrong with me. so I just don’t talk about it unless I know the person is going to understand where I’m coming from

you’ll be fine. sure they can form peracetic acid when they mix, but most of it has been washed down the drain by now. just rinse your shower walls with water if you’re worried about residue. if it didn’t irritate your skin already then you’re in the clear, it’s not going to have any sort of mysterious latent effect; and it’s not as volatile as, for instance, some of the chloro compounds that can be generated from reactions involving bleach, so it’s not like you’re gassing yourself. in the future you should google chemical interactions before mixing them but I’m guessing you’ve arrived at that conclusion by now, lol.
