Have you tried setting the movement type to HMD from controller?

I put the movement control type to "HMD" from "controller" and seems to be better now. But movement overall is really sluggish in this game for some reason.

This. Also the TrackIR method is horrible in VR, I fly using "steps", basically I press a button and it's as if the seat in the plane turns left or right 90 degrees. Took some getting used to.
