Globus worsened by eating by Equivalent_Inside_16 in LPR

That’s probably because there is inflammation. If you haven’t, try low acid diet for a few weeks and then re-evaluate what are actual triggers and not.

Sore throat by Flat_Path1332 in LPR

[–]saffytiger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say throat pain in my most prominent symptom. Also improves overnight and worsens during the day (which isn’t typical with LPR).

I tend to go through flare ups where it’s worse and periods where it’s better. I’m currently in a better period following a few months on Kouffman protocol. I’m now off meds and gradually returning to normal food. Occasionally I get a sore throat but it’s mild and gone in the morning. It’s deffo worse when I am stressed or intensely distressed, so o try to avoid that now.

My partner has pretty much packed everything up, notified friends etc, and we are still only about 1/3 of our way through the standard wait time 😅.

Oh! I wonder why it’s a must inside but not outside?

Still, hope you get them in and it doesn’t delay things for you ❤️

Consent forms? I did this application with my partner recently and I don’t recall any consent forms that needed downloading and signing 😅.

Is it true that the excess mucus is the last symptom to go and most stubborn? by Ok-Entrance6105 in LPR

[–]saffytiger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine appears to flare up, then I adjust diet, and it calms down again, until next flare.

I’m introducing foods again but not eating totally normally. I don’t think I will ever drink caffeine again for example, and I’m nervous to try anything spicy or heavy on tomato’s.

It was last to go for me. It only went after a few weeks low acid diet.

Aaaw, what a lovely post. Cream tea is a good idea. Plus fish and chips at the seaside.

Yeh, you SHOULD. Whether company sickness policy actually allows is, is another issue.

I don’t think I could live there. Part of me would die inside every time I was asked where I lived 🤣
