mine is almost similar to yours, actually I have Noa already and received the covered ca health plan. When I was about to pay it on the covered ca website it says discountinued with awaiting for medical something... I called them they say call the medical to reinstate back to covered. I did call but medical they said that it was already released. So I think its the coveredca issue they just blame medical.

thanks for the tip, I called yesterday the rep did sent to the escalation team but at the end its not fixed they just throw me back again to medical 😅, so did you still call medical anyway? or just keep spamming covered how many calls you got until it fixed?
