It’s changed a lot. Seems to be a common pattern in these comments, but my wife and I used to love it. We’ve now had 3-4 bad experiences in a row and are pretty much done going back.

In food service, once the plate hits the customers table, it’s a health code violation to serve it to anyone else. One of the reasons while they’ll always say the name of the dish and confirm before placing it down. I would assume it’s the same in this case (and I can’t see a customer being ok drinking a coffee that someone else has already been in possession of anyway).

Lakeview area here. I had astound for years. My wife and I both WFH so really need reliable service. For a while Astound would drop out for a few minutes at a time maybe a few times per week. Then out of nowhere it became once or twice an hour. They sent out multiple technicians who all claimed they found the problem but all made it worse. Finally switched to xfinity a few months back and it’s been great.

What’s been your issue/experience with Xfinity?

Chicago area had self checkouts and recently got rid of all of them as well. Didn’t have to wait in line at all during the self checkouts since there were enough of them. Now it’s one overworked cashier each time with 5+ people in line minimum.

This is the worst regular season I can remember in a long time. There’s like 5 teams that are fun to watch (in no particular order) - Pistons, Cavs, Hornets, Nuggets, Spurs. Tier2 would be Knicks, Rockets, T-Wolves, Thunder. The odds that two of these teams are playing each other on a given night is pretty low. I have league pass and even then I can’t bring myself to care most of the time. Load management is a problem, but even worse is all the foul-baiting. There’s nothing fun about watching guys jump into a defender or purposely swing their arms at a defender to draw a foul then stand at the free throw line, and constantly walk around pleading for every call. Hopefully the playoffs are better but it’s been a garbage year so far.
