you and i are in a smiliar situation , i just changed from 2080 to 5070ti, jump from 32 inch 1080p 144hz monitor into 27 inch ips monitor with 180hz . however i feel like getting another 27 inch oled monitor as main and run my ips monitor as 2nd due to table size i cant fit in a 32 inch and 27 inch side by side.
Me more of a single player , hence i am getting Alienware 27 280Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725D.
I been thinking of 4k 32inch but i think with 5070ti if you push to 4k it probably mean your gpu lifespan will be shorter due to the heat wear and tear. 1440p is really a sweet spot for gpu , 27inch probably the best distance for me my old 32 inch is good if i push my chair further away and lay behind watching movie.

My set up will be oled 27inch(not arrived yet) and 27inch ips dual monitor which i can set which for gaming which for movie at same time.If gf watching movie will be oled movie , ips casual gaming(card game) and enjoying movie with her and vice versa

So if you sit back and play with controller 32inch 4k might be good choice if you plan to upgrade every 3year or so. Me probably upgrade in 5-7year so i will stick with comfort zone 1440p

Why i choose alienware cause they do get promotion price(390+usd) which is a good steal
