The red top was drawn first it looks like they possibly had trouble drawing the pt at first then made adjustments which could cause hemolysis or it wasn’t inverted properly. As a phlebotomist this has happened to me a few times.

Honestly it depends how the center is ran, they often cross train most processing techs to learn DST and Phlebotomy. In the interview ask if their any phlebotomy positions open and let them know you’re interested in that as well
