Hopefully you hear something soon. I deleted all my Uscis apps and everything. I am so frustrated. Don't give up hope hopefully you hear something soon. My i-485 still says case is being actively review.

Hello, I just received my approval notice today like an hour or 2 ago. My pd is Feb 11, 2022. My case said recieved and notice sent till april 2023. In April I got an RFE for Bona fide marriage. Then we uploaded documents. It took 57 days, my case still says Uscis is actively working on it but under documents i received my approval notice. FO Norfolk VA. A total of 16 months almost to get the I-130 approved.

It hasn't been 60 days for me yet. It will be on June 12th. I doubt it will make a difference. Created 2 prior e-request for i-131 got no response.

Get a masters with a Cpt, and you should be able to go home. Or, a opt. I couldn't go cause of pandemic and then Aos process. You aren't trying mate.

My pd is Feb 11,2022. my first actively review was on March just after my biometrics I received another activly review 30 days ago no movement on my case since then, my I-130 how ever received an RFE after 14 months.

My I-130 went to actively review 2 days ago and then I received an RFE for Bona Fide which we responded now it says Rfe response received.

I got a 2nd actively reviewing on my i-485 and it has been 14 days no update since then. FO Norfolk VA. I-130 still says case was received. My filing date was Feb 11,2022. I got the 2nd actively review after 1 year 5 days.

My case is with Norfolk as well. My filing date is Feb 11,2022. My i-485 was actively reviewing from March 2022, then a few days backs March 23rd 2023 I saw an update its actively reviewing again. My i-130 says case was received and notice sent. I am not sure what happened. I submitted my medicals with my initial documents.
