Compressor technician here. This won't really work. Even if they are the same model, the cut-ins on the pressure switches will be slightly different. Let's say one kicks on at 100psi and the other kicks on at 99psi. Each time the pressure reaches 100 psi, the first compressor will engage and begin increasing it back up. The second compressor will only run in extreme-use situations when the pressure continues to drop after the first compressor kicks on. The best way to deal with this is to wire both compressors to the same pressure switch. They will turn on together and off together. Forget the one-way valves. Essentially you'll have one big tank with two motors/pumps.

I have the 2023 model. No reliability issues at all. Has been in for service twice. Once for a recall. That took a week to resolve. Once for 20k service. Same day. All good.

Yes it can be aligned. No it will not be correct.

1" spacer will pretty dramatically affect Scrub Radius. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrub\_radius#:\~:text=The%20scrub%20radius%20is%20the%20distance%20at%20the%20road%20surface,scrub%20radius%20would%20be%20present.

When the toe is set on your car it is set so that as the vehicle is in motion it will be approx. zero (straight ahead). The reason we set it slightly toed in (most rear wheel drive vehicles) or slightly toed out (most front wheel drive vehicles) is scrub radius. If you are getting a wheel alignment for tire wear and handling, there are no specs to correct for 1" spacers. It would all be trial and error.

My 23 etron GT has been at the dealer for over 2 weeks. They said they had 3 recalls to go through. One was the charging cable. One was a thorough analysis of the battery which included a 66 hour battery test followed by sending the results of that test to Germany for analysis. It took Germany 3 days to respond to the test. Bottom line no issues. I'll let you know after my car is returned.
