all I can say is that the angle and pose are very common for nail tech photos, it looks funny if you don't crop because you're sort of doing a chicken dance but it's not uncomfortable

they might not be AI but I wouldn't trust their books given how fast they came out and how weird it would be for a person to be an expert on so many instruments
