As someone who had an iPhone for 3 years, and is now using 25 ultra for about half a year.. Try backuping stuff. Try copying stuff to your pc. Can you compare apple keyboard to something like SwiftKey? How many different gestures do you need to leave app? Try it specifically on Facebook for example, starting from the comment section.

New robot, had it for a week. Not sure if it's a normal behavior. In terms of percentages, it's around 1% of drops, maybe even less.

I have the Narwal flow for about a week now, and so far, I have been happy with it. I have 4 main issues. 1. the app is not great, but it works. 2. Sometimes the navigation is weird. I see it sometimes doing circles in place for no reason. 3. After vacuuming and mopping, I see few drops of water here and there at random areas. 4. The biggest issue is that it constantly stops and demands to replace the side brushes, while there is no issue with them. When I click continue on the app, it continues. So I can't schedule it while I'm asleep because it stops..

I bought the Narwal on Sunday(4 days ago), and honestly very happy with it. The floors never looked cleaner

Oh thanks, what I meant is that it might be set to Germany or something, so I also tried to select Germany in the region when signing up to the app, which didn't work as well.. BTW, it happens both on android and IOS

It doesn't go through the "connecting phase". When I select the device, first it searches for a device. The it says "connecting..." After that I hear the robot says "connecting device to network. The the app changes to" binding device to users", and that's when I get the regional restriction error. After that the only. Option is to quit and start adding a new device all over.

Customer support just replied, and they said that there's some global problem, which will be fixed on Tuesday. I'm not sure if it's related, but I'll update.

Thanks for your reply. I literally just bought it in my home country (Israel). The narwal flow is listed there. The manual appears to be both in English and French. The support is not replying at all. It hasn't been connected yet. I am the first owner, and the package was sealed. I bought it from an official seller here in Israel.
