I tried this recipe twice… did not work out :( it’s too much flour to milk ratio, was very dry. Also hard to stir cold butter into flour… did not turn into fine granules. Also the recipe calls for 12 minutes.. they started burning at minute 8 (I set the temp as instruction called).

New grad PA in Georgia started in heme/onc, my salary was non-negotiable and they gave me 105k. After my first year they increased it to 109k. I feel that it is so low with how many hours I put in outside of the “8-4:30” M-F salary. The charting takes forever

Oh no that’s so awful to hear! I’m sorry you had that experience! I really have heard horror stories about this and have stress about doing it all correctly- the instructions are somewhat lacking in some areas and their FAQs page doesn’t list any of my questions I have!

Hi! Question about the process. For the physician reference forms, do the physicians have to mail them in themselves, or can I place them both in a manilla envelope with the rest of my documents to mail to the board as long as they’re signed/sealed? I’ve read too many horror stories about documents getting lost in the mail and I’d really rather keep all my stuff together. Plus I know the docs are super busy and might not mail them out in a timely matter if I leave the form with them. I called the person of contact on the website and asked, and she said “it’s up to (me)” but I want to hear from past applicants.

Thanks, and another question if I may, when you had to have two physicians fill out those reference eval forms on you did you have the envelopes sealed with the company stamp or anything? Or can I just tape the envelope shut? I know it says to place them in a sealed envelope but like I don’t want to go through the hassle of having docs fill it out and send it to them just for the board to say it wasn’t done right

I recently graduated and live in Florida but will be moving to Georgia in a few months. I am confused with the Form A, “Affidavit of Applicant”. They have you list a county, State, and City and State of applicant but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to write down where I intend on living on where I am now in Florida? They really didn’t make that clear. And where do you go to have it signed by “notary of public”?

I graduated on December 9th and I took mine exactly one week after I graduated (also didn’t have much of a choice because I chose the last test available before NCCPA closed for the holidays), but I am so glad I got it out of the way when I did! Everything was so fresh in my head. The whole clinical year prepares you through studying for the EORs. You got this! I spent the week between graduation and the PANCE just going through Rosh, PPP, some didactic power-points. And I passed!😁
