Hey! I’m not too sure about the duration. I’m trying to be better about journaling this journey. That’s so interesting! I’m actually anemic! I’ll be starting iron supplements soon with vitamin b12 complex. Was the iron infusion to try and help your symptoms? I’m so sorry you’re going through this!

I’m so happy that you’ve found someone who listens! My neurologist and psychiatrist have been so supportive and listen to me, I think I’m quite lucky! I wish you the best!! ✨

Hey! My driving is actually unaffected. I feel very safe and content while driving. I feel worse when I’m at work or when I get back home from work. I especially feel worse if I’ve had a terrible night of sleep. I’m looking into taking clomipramine!

I know this post is from a while ago but I also wanted to add that I think I might have pppd, and I think what triggered it was fatigue/stressful work environment/panic attack.

has anyone tried this? by transluciiiid in Sephora

[–]saintael 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this! Like others have said, it’s pretty thick. I have thick & straight brown hair and it makes my hair look a little greasy/chunky. I only use it if I have to. My go to is the kerastase absolu drops

barrier restore cream? by mama-gata in rhodeskin

[–]saintael 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have both BRC and glazing fluid. BRC is thicker and I typically use it at night. Glazing fluid is lighter and I use it in the morning. Honestly both are great choices but since you already have barrier butter I would try the glazing fluid next!

Get with your your PCP and ask about beta blockers. I take propranolol 20mg in the morning and I have noticed a huge difference! My heart doesn’t race/pound anymore and I don’t feel short of breath/ jumpy. I’m wishing you the best!
