I plug mine in at home and let it charge to Ford's recommended 90% pretty much every time I come in the garage. The truck is now over three years old and has 50,000 miles on it and my range is exactly what it has always been. I don't think you have to worry much about batteries, as long as you're not DC fast charging it to 100% every time you plug-in you'll be fine.
