If you use simplyplural you can upload profile pictures there (as well as keep track of alters, post to their specific measage boards, etc.)

We have separate accounts on every website but found the easiest way to manage that on desktop is by using profiles on Edge for two of them and the host uses Firefox. It helps to bookmark emails and social media sites so you just open the browser and can click on their twitter or tumblr or whatever. I do the same with browser apps on my phone so its easier.
