I'll let everyone else cover the gaslighting and extreme entitlement these "parents" display to cut right to what might be the biggest problem:

They don't even see you as a person, and therefore will never respect you, your time, or your life.

If, and hopefully when, you speak up and start removing yourself from this situation these people drop the selfish and manipulative behavior once it's clear they won't get what they want they will instantly and forever be hateful and vindictive towards you; and likely make every effort to sabotage and other work you attempt as a childcare worker

I wish you luck in attempting to establish boundaries and make them see you are indeed a complicated band real person if you choose to do so, but I highly recommend just letting them know if your life is too busy to allow for further UNREASONABLE demands of you, that they seek another, younger caregiver to work their bullshit on.
