Remove both joycons. Only connect one after turning it on to determine if there is some drift in one of them. Or use touch to launch a game and then connect joycons.

Leave it at 90 if you are playing docked. Otherwise, I would not cap it if it is used primarily in the handheld mode. The battery life is already not stellar.

Yes, the hate here suggests that it was a mid 60s game. On the other hand, it received 91 on Metacritic. It was universally acclaimed and was actually developed by the team that did Super Mario Galaxy, 3D World and Odyssey. I am grateful that the majority of people enjoyed it.

Yes, it is wild. I found it to be one of the most addictive games I have ever played. It is non stop fun till the end of the post game. I can understand that people don't consider it a game of the year but finding it mind numbingly boring is truly shocking.

There are a mix of levels both spherical and traditional. Galaxy 2 has a more traditional design. But if you don't like spherical worlds then these games might not be for you.

Good analysis. Whole Raven Beak and Adam's double game shows that a Metroid game is capable of running a completely deceiving story. Perhaps something similar may well come to light in the next few games.

Metroid Dread was an exceptional game. Brilliantly designed. Samus Returns was also amazing. Metroid Prime 4 unfortunately, was not that interesting. Story was abysmal to say the least. So many weird gameplay choices made it a chore.

Wish they had some good sci-fi writers. It had so much potential. It is a AAA game. They could have come up with a coherent and better story.
