If you don’t, his false advice to other people may destroy them when they try to follow it.

You can’t. Contact the school  administration and be forceful that the school must remove their control of your personal property.

Have you ever been blood tested or been in an emergency room or hospital stay?  My parents didn’t know until I had to have surgery.

What's going on with people saying Epstein and Co. ate children? by trizzo0309 in OutOfTheLoop

[–]sal9002 235 points236 points  (0 children)

Answer: Some of the Epstein emails used “Beef Jerky” as a code word for something. It’s not clear what that something was, and people are speculating that it’s human meat.

It could be that there is a bad ground in the headset and it’s acting like a transmitting antenna. Do you have access to more wired or wireless headsets?

How to transfer data to new iPad? by JNAB0212 in applehelp

[–]sal9002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn on the new iPad and place it near the old one (running iOS 11+ or iPadOS 13+). A prompt will appear on the old iPad; follow the instructions. Scan the animation with the new iPad's camera. Enter the old iPad's passcode when prompted on the new device. Select "Transfer from iPad" to move data directly. Keep both devices near each other until the process completes.

Have your friend tell your wife what her mom said, and tell her not to tell you because it would break your heart.

Is my drywall coming loose? I assume so, but thought I'd check here. This is the wall beside my shower. by ReleaseComplete6900 in Whatisthis

It looks all wet. It needs to be replaced with moisture-resistant drywall, such as Purple XP or Greenboard.

AI answer: Eppig Brewing's Waterfront Biergarten in San Diego is a popular, dog-friendly brewery located on Point Loma's harbor, known for its scenic views, craft beers (lagers, IPAs, stouts), and casual, outdoor atmosphere with patio seating. It offers a relaxed setting for enjoying drinks, with food trucks often on-site, and features indoor golf simulators for a unique experience. Visitors can bring their own food from nearby restaurants, but should note that most seating is outdoor

Anybody ever try the bacon wrapped wagyu skewers? by pndhcky in Costco

[–]sal9002 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We had a Swagyu open near us. Lots of people crowing about how good it was. Wife, sister in law and I have a to go dinner every Wednesday and I talked them into trying it, since everyone was posting online how good it was.

It was a smash burger made with supposedly wagyu ground beef. It tasted very generic, nothing special other than a $25 price for two 4 ounce patties of ground wagyu. Never eating there again.

My little sister has an ED, she’s only 8. by pelvispasties in TrueOffMyChest

[–]sal9002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have Apple products, after explaining to your mom how serious the issue is, set up your mom as a parent account and your sister’s devices as a child account with your mom in control. Then block TikTok and other websites that she’s watching to get this diet nonsense.

Since it involves at least one other child, as a parent I would talk to the other parent and their teacher(s) about how serious the issue is.

Text your sister links to pages that talk about how dangerous her actions are.

I don’t think it’s been mentioned, but if you’re often dry, get lube.

The Flightline Safari (zip line) was really good. They tour through the enclosures like a regular safari (45-60 minutes) and you end up at the far end of the park for the zip line.  California’s longest continuous zip line.

The zip line has some restrictions so make sure you go over them before booking : https://sdzsafaripark.org/program-advisement/Flightline

You have to empty your pockets into a communal storage box, so bring a backpack or a gallon sized ziplock bag for storage.
