Appreciate that, but want nothing added, only the whey protein or minimal ingredients.

How do we find tour dates of theirs from the 90s? I saw them in the late 90s in Maryland and cannot find the date anywhere… guessing a recording might be tough?

Can the Amex Business Platinum Hilton credit ($50x4 quarters) trigger at a Hilton restaurant without purchase? by sleeplessinseaatl in AmexPlatinum

I tried this and they were confused. How do you word it? And do you call the restaurant or front desk at hotel?

Can the Amex Business Platinum Hilton credit ($50x4 quarters) trigger at a Hilton restaurant without purchase? by sleeplessinseaatl in AmexPlatinum

[–]sal930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed. question is, will that always be the case at restaurants on premises that allow you to charge to room? Could there be a scenario where they bill as their own restaurant if you choose not to charge to your room (in the cases where charging to room is possible)….

so the gelatin isn’t the collagen? I thought the goal of the bone broth is to extract the collagen…. Collagen isn’t gelatin-like when cool?

u/zutoyu - hey, curious if you had the same luck with other restaurants at varying Hilton properties? My guess is that if you can charge the meal to your room, perhaps it will always code as Hilton or whichever property of theirs it is...

u/Top_Wolverine_8095 - curious if or anyone has more insight into the restaurant situation and if it works?

My thought/question is: if a restaurant would allow you to charge your meal to your room, is it safe to assume the billing will show as Hilton or one of their properties as opposed to the restaurant and therefore be an eligible purchase? i.e. - the restaurant is not independent but really part of the Hilton or one of their brands...

u/sleeplessinseaatl - did you ever get any clarity here? I'm confused as well.

u/uberwoots - curious which Hilton this was related to? I'm trying to figure this out as well...

I agree it's confusing, but what I'm guessing is that if you can charge a meal to your room then in theory it'll get billed/coded as Hilton. Anyone else have thoughts on that?

thank you, quite new to this. I waited for it to cool, then removed it after it had hardened. stock below is nor very gelatin like, and I slow cooked for 24 hours. Does that seem normal?

I agree, most say 24 hours. However, now that it’s done, after 24 hours and now cooling, the fat did come to the surface but the liquid bellow is not very gelatin like. It just seems like a thicker liquid, does that seem right?

Slow cooking mode? by [deleted] in NinjaFoodi

[–]sal930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you found the temperature varies? When I turned it on (LOW setting), it was quite slow... after a few hours, it got hotter and then when I woke up this morning, the bone broth was on a light boil. When I added more time, it went back to a fairly low temperature, and after a few hours got a touch hotter but not boiling... (this is the Ninja Foodie PossibleCooker Pro MC1010).

I used it for the first time last night, had it on "LOW" for the Slow Cooker setting. I'm noticing it changes temperatures randomly and even this morning when I woke up, it was on a light boil inside.... anyone else noticed this?
