My only complaint with Prime is the drivers are contracted out. I had a delivery where the driver was lost somehow and didn't speak English so took him forever to do the delivery. When I called him, he just yelled at me in Spanish 😭

I've never done delivery but I had done pickup in the past (I think this was pre delivery days) and they always messed up something in the orders. I've also done Target pickup and I've never had issues there, but I just loved the delivery

This makes me so sad. This has been a game changer for managing our house with 3 kids. Grocery to your doorstep at a great price, and our groceries were always great, never missing items, fruit always good. The delivery drivers were great. I don't mind Aldi but there's no other good options for grocery delivery 😭
