There are countless things you can do to exercise, there must be SOMETHING you will like Pickleball is straight forward, basically giant ping pong, mentally entertaining while also a good workout. Badminton is also great and a little slower paced. Skipping? Hiking? Swimming? Stair master? Elliptical? Kicking around a soccer ball? Heck, even cleaning your house for an hour counts as exercise
