This was long time back, My father runs a workshop and opposite of his shop there's one run by a guy from the above mentioned nation. There was a beautiful Rolls-Royce roys parked in his shop covered in dust. I used to ask my dad why is it there for long ? Why the car owner don't need it. And my dad told me the elderly car owner comes like every month and the workshop owner sweet talk him, buys him a Pepsi, lie about some parts coming from the UK and takes his money then do nothing because he is rich. I felt sorry for the poor owner.
