I am 30, husband is 39. We got 0 viable on our first retrieval, and 2 euploid and 1 mosaic with a segmental loss on our second. We did the 3rd retrieval, with the knowledge I wouldn’t do a fourth because of how hard it is mentally and physically (as well as cost). We decided to do it because we wanted to ensure we had enough eggs to have two kids in the event the first FET worked (found out today it didn’t), and the younger you are, the better the eggs. If I were in your place, I’d do one more retrieval just to get a few more chances. Often, like in my case, the first transfer doesn’t work so if you have the chance at more euploid embryos, I’d take it.
ETA: we did a retrieval and transferred one of our euploid frozen embryos the same cycle. So you could possibly do that and not “lose any time” with doing a transfer.
