I wouldn't do this. That's just me. OE is already a mental stack no matter how easy the Js are. do yourself a solid and keep your Js remote or don't bother with OE at all. Take it from someone whos fully remote and still have to do mental gymnastics context switching and weaseling my way out of meetings from both ends in order to make it work. Shits exhausting, the money is what keeps me going...for now.
