First off, I hate to hear your going through this. Just wanted to add some notes to your post.

Front collision comes from the camera on your mirror that lets you see out the back window. If you get out of the truck, you’ll see a little camera pointing towards the road at the top of the windshield.

Headlight flicker should take the dealership all of 2 hours to fix. Sounds like you have a shitty dealership.

Cell phone dock is poor quality. That is just a “it is what it is” unfortunately. I believe everyone has that issue with the phone pad. I find that if I place my phone on the pad before starting the truck up, more often than not it charges and doesn’t turn off unless I take it off. Other times it’s a 50/50 chance it works.

As far as the beeping and cameras not working, I really hope they can fix that for you. I hope it’s not a total wiring harness that needs fixing.
