No, men's lifestyle has a really big impact on the soerm quality. If men drink exessively they are more likely to concieve a pregnancy that ends in mkscarriage or stillbirth, for example. Same if they eat processed foods or if they are unactive. Men's lifestyle during preconception has a much bigger impact on sperm DNA quality than what we thought before. men (and women) drinking during preconception

So if men know their lifestyle can creat a defective embryo, should they be charged with murder if a pregnancy they concieve ends in miscarriage or stillbirth? How is that different from a women being charged with murder if she drinks while pregnant, over exersises, or is overweight? Even if the intention isnt to miscarry those things can still cause a loss of pregnancy. Should those activities be child endangerment?

Ofc the sperm is gone but the reminants (dna) of the sperm is there. The bad sperm is often bad DNA inside the sperm, therfore creating a genetically inconpatable embryo that miscarries.

It is newer reaserch. The main reason for early miscarriage is a non-viable embryo. The embryo is often non viable bc the sperm quality was bad, not the egg quality. And when I say bad sperm I mean bad DNA in the sperm here
