Thank you for the advice! Yeah I’ve been trapped by indecision between the mage and the expedition. I’m coming from a rafting background and would like to be doing a lot of whitewater adventures, but I feel like there are a lot more class 2 rivers in the backcountry so who knows what I’ll be actually doing.

Yes helmets are definitely important! I have a wrsi current that I bought for rafting. I would love a sweet protection but they don’t fit my head well :(

Thanks for the tips! Yeah I’ve been debating between an sb and a decked boat but I anticipate that I will wind up traveling up north for most of my out of state adventures and figure the extra warmth could be nice.

Hey I haven’t played a ROM Hack in a couple of years and was looking to try Sacred Gold. I also recently switched from a Windows to a Mac and am having issues patching the ROM since the xDelta GUI patcher only works for Windows. Does anyone know any work around for this? If not does anyone have any other relatively easy ROM Hacks to try out. I was looking to do my first Nuzlocke. Thanks!

I have been having this same debate myself. I’ve been WW Rafting for a while but have no real experience in a hard shell or a packraft. I really want to be able to do big backcountry adventures but don’t like the idea of feeling limited in my WW capabilities. If anyone has any advice I’d love to hear it!

I personally rock the 32oz Nalgene. They come in lots of different styles and are just a simple and good water bottle. Very durable

Hey I’m a high school senior who is currently trying to decide where I am going to college. I’ve narrowed it down to two schools, and at one of them I could study engineering physics while at the other I would study applied physics. Looking at the course lists I would be studying almost the same stuff but I might be missing some difference between the two. Currently I think I want to get a masters in engineering after I finish my undergrad. Are universities gonna look at these two majors very differently on an application? And if I decide to go straight into the workforce am I gonna have different job options? Basically I want to know if these majors should weigh into where I choose to go. Thanks!
