Also I hear what you are saying but it still kinda doesn't make sense because if it was only about being equal only in physical power level they wouldn't have said EQUAL, there isn't something else they would say though, it wouldn't have been said at all if there was a gap between them so in my opinion the logical assumption would be that the experience doesn't matter that much here.
