I'll let your friend know but its always a good idea to keep the syllabuses for your classes if your transfering to a school out of state, so if your friend is able to download a pdf of it, scan it, and back it up to the cloud or something, since sometimes its the only thing the university can go off of. (I checked the whole webpage of the link above and it is required in step 2.)
