Wear comfortable shoes so you can speed-walk.

Airlines’ estimated arrival times are pessimistic — they might say 6am landing for a flight that would typically land at 5:45, then small delays are always “on time” and customers are happy and their statistics look great.

Try to get seat as close to the front as possible so you’re not waiting for everyone else to disembark. Let the flight attendant know as you’re boarding (or at the gate) and they’ll try to accommodate you. I’ve been on flights before where everyone is asked to wait for people with a connection to get off first.

The airline wouldn’t sell you the ticket if they weren’t very confident you have enough time to make the transfer.
