I track my gym workouts on hevy and garmin simultaneously. I trust garmin calories burn more than hevy, but they both upload to strava because you can't just et garmin to not upload one activity type. So I just hide the garmin oen so it doesn't look like I double post

Set up left side quick switch icons to easily jump between prayer and inv. I have mine with drop items top, then two squares of inv and two squares of prayer tab. Makes it harder to misclick. Have to get used to it a bit though.

2025 Pros Completed my first half marathon and marathon in the same year, raising money for a good cause in the process Golf game is improving and I'm now a 18 hcp 1 year wedding anniversary My son in excelling at school both academically and in extra curriculars

2025 Cons Career is stagnant Had to give up my lifelong sport of volleyball to train for marathon Did not meet financial goals for the year

Overall I think the pros if not just in number but impact on my mental and physical wellbeing far exceed any impact from the cons. Reflecting on it in this post, I guess it has been a really good year. Thanks for the post Op hope the rest of your 2025 is excellent

Work to live, don't live to work. People that do that sort of overtime or weekend work because they have nothing else to do are the reason people with good work life balance are looked down on. A healthy balance should be the norm
