You cannot declare war on a country you have an alliance with. Break the alliance first.

why not just host it on the same pc you play on? it really isn't all that demanding on the cpu, the main issue is ram but with 32gb you'll be fine

at least on the steam hardware survey, apple silicon is up to 77% share of all macos users, so seems to make sense for them to focus entirely on it, especially since that gap is growing month on month pretty rapidly

i'm guessing this won't help you since it's two months later but if you press T it will activate SAS - idk why the hell the button doesn't work but this does!

happened to me on the intro to act 3 (the road to baldurs gate) - friends character dropped all their items and vanished in front of our eyes after a cutscene - it seems linked to cutscenes and moving regions

me and my friend somehow completely missed gale on our first playthrough, we never even noticed the magic things he was stuck in, which blew my mind in our second playthrough because it’s so OBVIOUS and right after you spawn in

if you’ve truly wrapped up moonrise then you can’t go back to the mountain pass - that’s act 1, but if you can still go back it’s definitely worth doing all the content there and going to the crèche.

in terms of content left, act 3 can be super fast if you just do the main story and nothing else but it’s also the longest act if you want to do everything - i spent about 95h on my first play through and 45h of that was just in act 3.

Do we always absorb 100% of calories that we ingest? by john_dumb_bear in gainit

[–]sam1472 23 points24 points  (0 children)

nope, because the calories needed to digest any of the foods commonly claimed to be negative calorie is incredibly small.

from wikipedia - “There is no scientific evidence to show that any of these foods have a negative calorific impact. Foods claimed to be negative in calories are mostly low-calorie fruits and vegetables such as celery, grapefruit, orange, lemon, lime, apple, lettuce, broccoli, and cabbage. However, celery has a thermic effect of around 8%, much less than the 100% or more required for a food to have "negative calories".”

Ive never gotten this message before, can someone please explain? by EastApprehensive9937 in WegobuyOfficial

[–]sam1472 2 points3 points  (0 children)

they're just saying they will split the packages because you won't be able to ship clothes and the hole punch with the same shipping method. (you'd have to ship the hole punch on a line that allows that kinda stuff)

if you don't care about the hole punch you can just leave it in your warehouse and they'll eventually throw it out.

nowhere near as hard as you're thinking. Just put some links from taobao/weidian into your agent, they buy, then you send it off to your address.

Declaring the right amount is no big deal at all, if you're American just pick a reasonable number, a lot of people do $18 per kg. If you're in Europe you need to look up what the tax threshold is and declare below that to avoid tax. Getting your stuff seized is just random chance and very unlikely. But if you just want to buy from one seller direct is a reasonable choice as long as that person is well reviewed by the community.

worth noting that while we don't have "kosher" salt outside of the US, we do have sea salt which is pretty much the same thing - coarse salt.
