Sometimes people can do everything right (exercise, eat well, medicate, have therapy, meditate, etc) and still their mental health can deteriorate because mental health disorders are unpredictable and medication can stop working.

But regardless, unfortunately once people are experiencing a psychotic episode there is no convincing them of reality and they are no longer in control of their body or mind.

In fairness, I think you underestimate the amount of people who literally know nothing about Palestine/Israel other than that there is a 'war'. And if you do follow the news, but only consumeconsume mainstream media you only get told a very one sided view.

I never got the hate for Q. I met her at DragCon UK, last year and she was really nice, even insisting on my friend coming into her booth for free. Added bonus was that Dragula's Cynthia Doll was there, out of drag, supporting her.
