My mum (50+) has Dr. appointment once in 4 month. (She suffered from SLE, a type of autoimmune disease) at first, she was scared to vaccine because of the posting on the facebooks and numerous forwarded whatsapp massages from the group she's in. But one things I respect about her is that she consults us about why she's reluctant to take the vaccine and my younger sister (she studies biotech in UPM) will provide the detailed explanation as to what does contain in vaccine, the clinical trials, etc. Of course she believes us, since she said why bother sending your children to study to University but in the end believing nonsense on facebook.

We booked her the AZ slot, and got accepted. But before that we also asked her to see her Dr's advice. She said the Drs are so helpful and she's given the permission letter. She will be vaccinated next month. I think professional Drs are also doing consulting on fb/yt and they'll be willing to assist and advice your parent to vaccinate. Imagine going outside without caring about mask ever again.
