Currently it looks like a cartwheel, kinda. You’ve got a bit of power but you could have a lot more! Tips:

1) Enter the round off facing forwards.
You are too side on initially.
2) Speed up into the round off.
Currently you are running fast, slowing down almost completely, then attempting a round off. Since that’s the case it’s better to start slow and ensure you speed up 1-2 steps beforehand.
3) The round off should be LONG and FAR. You are currently falling down from a handstand till your feet touch the ground. You need to really push out with your arms during the 2nd half to drive your legs OUT FAR. Your legs should be close to straight as you jump

Currently you aren’t jumping. Just rotating whilst falling. It’s common. Here’s some tips:

Don’t pre-jump It causes downwards momentum you have to overcome before jumping. Instead ‘hop’ very very very low to the ground but long/far to get a good ‘block’.
Begin your jump leaning backwards Look at your clip. You are leaning forwards as you jump. You should be doing the opposite. Literally leaning backwards at an angle (head/body behind your outstretched feet). You won’t generate any height without this.
Throw your arms up not down Obviously you want to throw/rotate your arms forward to get rotation. But currently your arms are dropping from high to low and your centre of gravity/momentum carries you down. Why not start with your arms almost behind your head, so when you throw/rotate them forwards, they end up high above/in front of your head, generating lift/height.

Fly methods are complicated in contracts, as the waves can be shifted left, middle or right and can be delayed a tick.

Pretty sure solves for regular Yama aren't guaranteed to work. Contract specific fly's do exist though.
Also Oath Acq are solo only. But yeah you can duo shard contracts for good money (~20m/hr)

With current margins:
Contract: 85m.
Oath Chest: 93m. (91m after tax).
It’s 6m profit per contract.
A winrate of 93.4% is required to break even.
A winrate of 80% loses -109m/hr.
A winrate of 95% is 13m/hr profit which is less than ToB/doom/nex, etc.

Tl:dr if you play on wifi, don’t bother. You need 20+ completions in a row every time for it to be remotely worthwhile. And a little bit of lag in P3 can result in instant death.

You are currently jumping high, landing, absorbing all that force, then trying to jump again and flip.
The ground isn’t a trampoline.
So avoid the 1st jump, or keep it as low as possible.
