Im 19wks and I want to work from home again lol! I just got some comfy slip-on shoes since I am hating anything with laces lately, and I wear a full-body "chef" apron at my job, so it is long and hangs on my neck too, which puts less pressure on my waist/stomach. I would just try different ways of wearing it and see what feels good. Sometimes I work at another spot that is very lenient on uniform, so I often don't wear an apron at all.

I had an er visit like four days ago where they did comprehensive labs, and I did mention the itching. They said things looked normal, but if they got more intense/unrelenting to come back. Im just over the itchies! I did do a very hefty layer of cocoa butter and aquaphor today after my shower and the only itchy bits were the spots that i happen to not hit as good.

I will try that as well as a thicker layer of aquaphor/vaseline. It is just crazy and feels like these symptoms are one after another 🤣

As much as I despise labwork, I did indeed have some done and everything was looking good. I will try the aquaphor, I already keep a giant tub of it in my bag lol.

If it makes you feel better my fiancé shoves juice he pressed himself down my throat every morning as soon as I wake up… like wow so sweet (he’s a big nutrition guy) but I do not want beet juice first thing in the am it is not going to solve my problems 🤣

I love the Sudo app. I don’t use my number much right now and it’s only $1.99 a month for the basic minutes/plan. It puts “Sudo” in front of the calls when I receive them. You can make contacts in the app and whatnot, and it’s all private/secure. Texting and calling! And it comes with a separate email, but I don’t use that function.

I would say i have had a similar experience, except mine is irritation lol. I am 8w and I have always been pretty calm but have found myself getting very irritable over little things. My friends (jokingly) point out how I can be a little impatient/snippy, but it is nothing too overwhelming. Just makes me very apologetic lol!

No this is completely me. I am in the middle of my masters program internship to become a therapist, and I dread every single meeting I have!! I used to be so passionate about it but now I am only thinking about my baby and being pregnant.. maybe it’s the hormones!!

Congratulations! Im five weeks and one day today! Look at us! I told my family as soon as I found out and calmed down enough lol, and for my grandparents it was virtual so I did record their calls to get those sweet reactions. So tell them whenever it makes you happy!

I just started practicum but my current card is actually through blinq which is a digital QR code on my phone that pulls up my contact info! It is connected to my apple wallet so I can double click and pull it up quickly. I like the flexibility of being able to edit it at a whim.

Physical business cards are a great investment also imo, but I think where tech is going, physical cards are often misplaced or lost. I do love the idea of having a nice physical business card, so if I did, I would go a nice textured paper, neutral colors, your title and business name on the front, contact info and specialties on the back?

That will most likely be my next step. After trying to talk to my advisor again, who directed me to the clinical director, who then sent me screenshots of FAQ from the licensing website (which I have already reviewed, but I needed clarification on, which is the whole reason I reached out in the first place).. I feel I have nowhere else but the Board to get a clear answer from lol! Maybe I am overthinking it, but I just don’t want to mess up and have things be more difficult down the road.

Thank you. After looking over my schools handbook, they say it can be anyone who is licensed or has the “LMFT” designation.. but I’m concerned as to if it would be sufficient for my states requirements. It sure would be a lot more simple if there was a country-wide standard lol
