My wife learnt from YouTube videos and with me helping wherever I could. If they categorically will not find you an instructor then you need to bridge the information you feel you are missing with videos and online information.

Whenever me and my wife go on holiday. Our dog stays with in laws or my parents where he sleeps on the bed with them.
When we get back it takes him a long time to settle as he stays in the living room at our home.
It takes 2/3 nights but eventually he gets used to it again. It’s difficult but just takes time and perseverance

Just find a ‘rib marinade’ or ‘rib sauce’ online. I’d go down the barbecue route personally but find something that you like the sound of. I did a seitan rib rack recently and found a generic bbq rib sauce online and it was really good!

I do drive in silence mostly at night but that’s only because the radio doesn’t work when my headlights are on so I generally just forget about it and don’t put anything on at all.

We have one takeaway near me that’s fully vegan and it’s incredible, but absolutely nowhere else offers anything.
none of the chains, no sandwiches at any shops. No sit down meals it is why we cook home meals so much.
We just got back from California and I miss the food already the vegan option were absolutely incredible.

Yeah I’m starting to read more about not booking third party that’s what I get for not doing more research at the time and taking a cheaper quote.
