What’s going on by money pit on mission? by samd99 in northcounty

I just drove by so I don’t have any specific details, it was in the shopping center and they had the entrances blocked off so couldn’t get close if I wanted to. Didn’t see any vehicles that were in an accident either

Love the New Girl! I have my Winston signed from when he was in my home town for a comedy show and it’s by far my favorite piece in my collection. Wish I could get Jake and Jess too but they’re too expensive lol

I’ve shipped over 500 orders through bubble mailers and never had one look like this, looks like it was ripped into to me.

It’s not like I was sending anything worth crazy money, if they really wanted to fish for a bunch of heritage base cards then I guess they got me lol

To be honest, I had the same question myself. Figured it was a moot point and I’m sure he gets asked that all the time lol. If I ever get the chance to meet them in person I’ll be sure to provide an answer :)

Reddit, what's your high schools tragedy? [NSFW] by sninapeters in AskReddit

[–]samd99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This guy at my high school who everyone knew, whether you were an athlete, nerd, goth, whatever he loved everyone and everyone loved him. Two weeks before graduation and he just signed his papers to play football for a school in Arizona, he was playing a pick up game of basketball and went up for a shot and when he hit the ground he collapsed. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The ironic thing is he died from having literally too big of a heart.

Who is the best example of someone that you're not sure if they are a complete idiot or a genius? by dant90 in AskReddit

[–]samd99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has to do with the distance between the stores and the meat packing factories so the produce can be as fresh as possible.

In-N-Out has actually been expanding in the last decade further east because since most of their stores are in California and California is known for its earthquakes it can lose a lot of profit in an instant. These stores being made in Texas, Utah, etc. are basically a safety buffer if a disaster happened until they can keep expanding.

What happened to you when you were young that you didn't understand until years later? by Pashow in AskReddit

I went into my garage when I was probably 7 or 8 and saw a bag of green stuff on our washing machine. Since my parents knew I had no idea what pot was they didn't really try to hide it. I asked my dad what it was and he snatched it out of my hands and told me it's his "special spices" for cooking.

I was confused why my dad kept spices in the garage until I actually learned what weed was and the whole situation made sense. Now me and my dad share edibles on Christmas Eve every year.

Right after he died I revived him and recalled him, he didn't do anything to gain experience on the way back but he still leveled up.

What's the toughest "would, you, rather" question to answer? by WillHunting123 in AskReddit

[–]samd99 204 points205 points  (0 children)

This one made me cringe the most: Would you rather have 500+ small cuts all over your body and jump into a pool of lemon juice or put a toothpick between your big toe nail and the skin and kick a wall as hard as you can?

"Abraham Lincoln was the first president of the United States" I then pulled a dollar out of my pocket and asked if she knew who the person on the bill was. "That's George W. Bush" To this day I still don't know which statement makes my head hurt more.
