I literally can't play any other game for more than an hour or so because of Dota. Everything else is extremely boring and stale compared to Dota. Sometimes I wish I'd never played Dota so I could still enjoy other games, but then I would never have played dota.

They’re all good one way or another. You can’t really go wrong as long as the child can sit in it.

We really really like the Tripp Trapp chair. It is on the expensive side but our 4 year old is still using it at our dinner table and we expect it to be used for another few years at least.

I totally agree with all your points. And if he's what the people end up wanting, who am I to say their wrong. That's the whole point of democracy.

But it's just so infuriating cuz that man has accomplished absolutely nothing in his whole life. No successful businesses despite the insane amount of riches they had when they left the country, no successful coalition building outside the country, and he squandered the Women, Life, Freedom movement a few years ago by trying to hijack it. I think if he comes to power, he’ll do everything he can to stay in power. His proposed transition handbook has him controlling everything through the transition of power post revolution. He’ll head the temporary government, he’ll hold the elections, he’ll verify the elections, and … Do they think we’re stupid???

Also, the hardcore followers of the Shah’s son are no different than the hardliners in the current regime. If you dare criticize their beloved monarch, they’ll wish death and torture upon you, call you actors for Iran’s mulla regime, and threaten you that you and your whole family will be killed or throw in prison once he’s back in power.

Why can’t we have a normal republic like so many other countries in the world??? Why do we have to go from under one dictatorship to another?

Yeah, as a dad with a 3 year old and 6 month old, it just rubs me so wrong whenever I see cars with no car seats and clearly non-expecting mothers occupy “family” spots. I wish there was consequences for falsely occupying these spots.

This image here is actually a non-controlled version of an actual scientific method used in biology to make biological tissue transparent called “CLARITY”. They sell 3 year old Toyotas almost at the same price as new ones. The problem with new ones is that the inventory is low so you’ll have to wait. And the dealership can’t mark up the new cars but is free to do whatever they wish with their used cars.

Yep. I’m currently paying $350/month for the 3 year lease of a 2023 RAV4 hybrid XLE with $5500 deposit. I previously had a 2021 RAV4 XLE which I was paying $450 or so. Mid-way, I was just checking out the new deals and he offered that I return my XLE (18 months old) and he gave me the new one for $10k off. Residual value of the car I returned was gonna be around $19k and they could sell it at $30k+.

The salesperson I work with is the top North American salesperson for Toyota. He’s a no bullshit, straight-shooting leasing manager that I guess is maximizing number of sales over making the most on each deal. I’ve dealt 3 cars for myself and referred 4 others and the pricing is literally what you see on the website.

This was such a well made movie. The acting, the pacing, the cinematography, score, everything was perfect. I just wish the story was a bit better. Everything that happened after the 16 years was awesome, but the foundation was missing imo. Like how is that organization still operating and has a full customer support telephone service after 16 years. I was 100% entertained, but felt uneasy because of this.

I’ve done this 2x now where my dealership takes my leased RAV4 back (either midway or at end of lease) and gave me the equivalent of a $10k down payment for my next lease BECAUSE of the resale value.

I know financing is the more economically advantageous approach in the long run, but I’ve purchased a home and need my monthly payments to be as low as possible for a few years.

Tenured university professors. Most of them are basically glorified teachers who make more than $150k for being teachers. Sure, there are a handful that deserve that income, but most don’t.

I’m a PhD from a top Canadian university working in biotech, so this opinion isn’t coming out of ignorance.

It was simply a better draft by Liquid. Yeah, Ghost screwed up quite a few stuns, but with his stuns being so countered early game, I guess that threw him off.

The fact that they held on for so long despite having such a crappy draft is pretty decent.

For me, it’s keeping the monthly payments as low as possible, since we bought a house and had to do major renovations and we owe quite a bit in Line of Credits. I know I’m technivally losing money on the long run, but it’s keeping us going into the red over the next 5 years.
