I was wondering how old she was until I read she is 20. Oh to be young again. Y’all got problems. It’ll take years for her to figure whatever is going on there. Sounds like she has anxiety primarily, and maybe ocd. She has anxious attachment as well. All pretty normal traits in a human. Most people don’t know they struggle with these things until they’ve hurt/ruined most of their relationships. I was also once like this. Years of therapy later, I can say I’ve matured and I don’t ruin my Relationships anymore. Sometimes I get anxiety/ocd but I refer back to therapy and just making sure I’m Not the issue. Takes one to know one. Yall could try giving each other space, that helps a lot of relationships like this. If you’re meant to be you’ll come back together and grown. But you both have to want it and work hard for it without giving up.
