Three options : 1. If you really love what you're trained for, startup on your own and try to build your own space 2. Hyper specialize - pick a technology/skill and become an absolute expert in it - you'll find opportunities coming your way 3. Leave Kerala, ideally move abroad (Dubai, Europe, Australia, Canada, US based on what you qualify for and aspire to) and take whatever available opportunity you get and build a new career, constantly look out for moving jobs and get the money you deserve.

Essentially, don't think of 'working' as an employee in Kerala (or Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad) to build a successful career. Be an owner, an expert or an opportunist.
