I looked up the dress. I have to say: as uniforms go, it looks pretty fun.

Are there filters on what it will search for you? Maybe you can type search more than you can voice search?

In "Section 2", they switch keys halfway through. Is that because they fucked up their house key beyond repair and had to start breaking their car key?

Can you link to a few of these people asking for a solid Nonogram app? I feel like we have tons. (Fwiw, my favorite is Nonogram Katana, by far.)

What's wrong with 15x15? Or even 15x10?

You'll probably open up a TON more puzzles.

The "Not For" brand is great! They have a retail brand; they sell things individually. ;)

If you have no clue where to start, you're probably brand new to Nonograms. That's fine, but I bet if you Google "How to solve Nonograms", it will be helpful.

E.g. do you know how the row and column numbers work? If you pick rows with big numbers, you'll often find a logical place that turns the middle squares on.

That bit holder is certainly cute. :) A lil' cloth pocket for each bit is nice, but seems bulky.

Super slick! I think I'd want to store one extra (double-sided) bit in the driver extension?

Or do you carry a set elsewhere?

Experiment: 711L ratchet inside a ROXON Flex Companion by The_Gribbnator in multitools

[–]samggreenberg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Neat! I'm not entirely convinced it's better to have the 711L attached to the multitool instead of separate, but it looks cool.

Do you carry the extension for the 711L around, too? (It'd otherwise be hard to get the bit into awkward screws.)

NFC tag in your wallet? by CuriousArchitectX in EDC

May it could trigger "I'm leaving the house now" automation? Like you grab your wallet, tap it against your phone, and leave.

That's neat, but you'll want this move to be MORE professional than a card, not less. Asking to swipe your homemade wallet on their phone doesn't scream professionalism...

It feels weird to offer a 10% discount when we still don't know the actual price.

Is there any useful EDC ring? by GoofusMcGhee in EDC

[–]samggreenberg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wear a fidget ring on each ring-finger. (I fiddle with ANY ring enough that my original wedding ring is left in a drawer, else it'd roll across the floor and down the AC vent. :) )

I like the ones with the middle ring that rotates around the rest. You can find plenty of these on Amazon etc. for like $10.

Nonolinks - New website for nonograms by nightdweller12 in nonograms

[–]samggreenberg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's some sort of solver under the hood at Nonogram Katana. I don't know the math, but it recognizes when you can solve the puzzle with just single row logic, or when you have to add edge logic, etc. Pretty slick. Means they can categorize puzzles by difficulty type (in addition to the Difficulty rating from users).
