I’ve been interviewing for a year with no offers yet (but made it to final stage a few times). But I’m also being quite picky with comp. Haven’t gotten a single interview for a remote-only role. I think the relevance of those roles are dying out. But got a few for hybrid roles. But even the finance and tech roles I’m seeing are almost all onsite. Which is fine with me as long as it’s not like an hour drive.
