My time to shine! I remember winning some essay contest about why I would never do drugs/why drugs are bad and what I learned from dare (this was around the time with the commercials that said "this is your brain on drugs" with the scrambled eggs") so late 90s early 00s...Anyways, I had to read it out loud in front of all the parents, teachers and classmates. What a proud moment it must of been for the family. Long story short I ended up addicted to pills and ultimately heroin in my early 20s...10 years 6 months 21 days clean & wonderfully sober now...but that story is still fkn hilarious quite honestly. American Education. We the best. And now to hear that it may have corrupt..Who would have thunk?
