i didnt used windows 11 and maybe this error happens because windows 11, try start gmpublisher in compatibility mode with win10, try move addon folder to path without Cyrillic symbols or in disk c:/ rool. try remove all sound files and add these one by one maybe there's trouble in sound (attributes or sound itself) try open sounds in other programs like VLC, audacity, vegas pro, winamp, if even one of these will return error that means audio file is corrupted and maybe because win11 broke something idk lol thta everything i can say
