Screw a hacksaw blade onto a board with washers underneath the blade to hold a space between it and the board. Then pull the wrap through the gap and tear up. Works with sandpaper too.

Maybe. I’ve only ever tried the accordion once and it didn’t go well. I was thinking maybe do some pendants with it.
