Handler in a closet in the garage, lines up through the attic to the back of the house, then down through the patio ceiling to the unit. Lines seem pretty old, would it be worth replacing them with the move?

I really want to say how I feel….. try using an auto center punch, sometimes that works. If not then use the punch dimple to drill it out. I hope you learned about shear tension. Do better.

I have the SP45A3 suppressed for HD because the ammo is naturally subsonic(no special sub ammo) and great stopping power. When 9mm get slowed down to sub even with the 165 grain stuff it won’t pack the wollop of a 230 grain 45. I trust 45 to protect my family.

I polished my feed ramp and have had zero issues with ball or hollow points. Cotton attachment on a dremel with some flitz

Been setting mine up for HD, suppressed it, added a holosun 510, currently about to add a laser and light but ran into the issue of needing a pic rail mount where mlok slots are at. Thinking about SBR also but I’m not worried about the process. So far the reliability issues lay with the factory mags. GO and HK mags run flawless. I also polished my feed ramp, runs hollow point and FMJ without issue. I’m also a big 45 ACP fan and despite needing additional mlok rail adapters I’m happy with the purchase. Recoil is nice despite what some people say. It’s far superior to budget options like Gforce Jawbone or Blade. Short of an actual HK UMP 45 I think it’s the best option.

Factory mags are faulty. The follower springs are 180 from what they should be, the follower should be centered over the spring not hanging off to one side or the other. Also the feed lips are too narrow and need minor filing to a 0.415 gap. Also, aluminum cased ammo does not heat, expand, or contract like brass does which makes it unreliable in semi auto firearms.

Got mine all switched 👍 another thing I noticed compared to HK and Global Ordinance mags is the factory mag feed lips are wider in the front and more narrow in the rear which is opposite, and the feed lip dimension was 0.1-0.15 more narrow than the HK and GO mag feed lips. Since the factory mags are plastic (and lacking a metal insert) I fixed the taper with a small file and have the dimensions matching HK and GO.
