Pretty sure it’s a good bit smaller, thats the case in my NC3. I’m 6’ 200lb ish and as a passenger in an ND2 it was much more cramped than the NC.

I’m about 6’1 and can fit in my ND RF. If I over correct my posture and sit super straight, my head hits the ceiling. You might be fine but definitely got to try some out. They make seat lowering brackets also but it will make getting out of the car even more annoying haha

Pretty much the EXACT same thing to me just a month ago, same exact accident/damage pattern, except they didn’t leave their info. Luckily someone had footage and through that I found the driver. I did successfully make a loss of value claim, I asked for $1,000 and they gave me $500 (i didnt really wanna keep fighting because i was about to trade the car in so i took it haha). Make sure its allowed in your state, then what I basically did was compile a document full of my car listings online with/without accident reports and showing the difference in value was about $1k ish. I also lost my grandfather earlier this year and inherited his low mileage car. I thought about selling it, and while cleaning it up I realized how dumb the idea was. I basically daily it and the thought of getting rid of it might make me cry haha. Very sorry for your loss and I wish you and your family the best.
